Sherard Parker Named Director of Member Services for Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools (FCPCS) 

Central Florida-based professional to focus on the many FCPCS tools and services available to its member schools

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., (May 12, 2023) – The Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools (FCPCS) has announced the appointment of Sherard Parker as Director of Member Services.

Based in Central Florida, Parker will focus on the many FCPCS tools and services available to its member schools.  Services include evaluation and training programs for administrators and instructional staff, guidance on compliance issues for member schools, webinars on important topics and services, regular communications tools, access to a Preferred Partners Program with discounted and specialized products and services, and templates for school operations, including manuals, forms, and other school documents.

Parker brings over 25 years of experience in contract compliance, provider network expansion, and database management.  For nine years, he was Manager of New Business Development at Walmart Specialty Pharmacy in Greater Orlando.

In addition to his professional work, Parker is active in the church and community.  He is originally from Carver Ranches, Fla., now incorporated as the City of West Park in Broward County.
